The Gratitude Journal is designed to help you take care of your body, mind, and spirit so that you can thrive! We designed this journal to bring together mindful and guided practices to support you on your journey of creating a life you love. We know you have a busy schedule, which is why we created easy-going and fun everyday prompts for morning and evening use.
Starting each month with a fresh, blank canvas. Set intentions, create goals, and form habits to look forward to for the following month. At the beginning of each week, form short-term, easily achievable goals for the week. In the morning, spend less than 5 minutes by getting in the "gratitude attitude", this helps raise your vibration for the day and improves your mood. End the day with a daily check in, recognizing one thing you want to remember about that day, one thing that brought you joy, and one act of kindness.
Our favorite part about this journal has to be the Monthly Lunar Calendar and worksheets! Prompts are provided to guide us through the full and new moons of each month, with descriptions that provide clarity and significance about what exactly is going on in the sky.
