Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to the toppings when you light the candle?
As the candle begins to burn, the herbs and crystals will fall to the bottom of the melt pool, immersed in the wax. Remove all large flammable florals/herbs before lighting! (Including roses, citrus, leaves, etc.)
How do I avoid tunneling?
To avoid tunneling, ensure you allot enough time to burn the candle, allowing the wax to melt to the edge of the container. Soy wax has a "memory", meaning if you leave unmelted wax around the edges, it will only burn for that diameter of melted wax for the rest of the candles life. This goes for all candles, not just Lunar Wick Candles!
How do I retrieve my crystal out of my candle?
If you want to save your crystal, we recommend to take it out upon the first burn. There's less clean up and struggle involved! However, if you've burned your candle, and the crystal sunk to the bottom, simply light it, allow the wax to melt, and use a pair of tweezers, or small tongs to retrieve it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After you've placed your order, it typically takes 5-7 business days to ship out(most of the time it is sooner!). Local Deliveries will be dropped off at your doorstep within 4-5 business days. Please let us know if you are ever in a time crunch to get a candle, and we will do our best to accomodate you!
